Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented full-time paralegal to join our team in a hybrid position, supporting an attorney specializing in Business Immigration Law. The ideal candidate will bring advanced knowledge and expertise in business immigration procedures and legal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive legal support to an attorney specializing in Business Immigration Law.

Prepare, draft, and review petitions, applications, and other legal documents related to business immigration matters.

Manage case files and ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and filed in accordance with legal requirements and deadlines.

Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case status and responding to inquiries.

Conduct legal research as needed to support case development.

Assist with the preparation of supporting documentation for complex immigration matters.

Coordinate with government agencies and other legal professionals to ensure smooth and timely processing of immigration cases.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of three years of experience in business immigration law.

Advanced knowledge of business immigration procedures, including but not limited to PERM applications, H-1B, H-2B, L-1, O-1, etc.

Proven experience in preparing and filing petitions and applications.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while managing multiple cases.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
