Candidate search: Supervisory Paralegal position in a small firm of one attorney and staff of three located in the Mid-Wilshire area of Los Angeles. The practice is focused on Latin-American consular processes, adjustments of status and other CIS applications, Asylum, and Immigration Court cases. Experience in all of the above areas is required. This is a small office - make yourself essential, and you are as valuable as a co-owner.

This is not an urgent search - I am looking for the ideal candidate.

Job Summary: salary will depend on your experience and skills. Communication in general is extremely important:
- English/Spanish speaking/reading/writing;
- Relevant immigration casework experience as described above;
- Strong computer and software skills - and ready to learn more;
- Preference for small office environment, regular schedule, few emergencies;
- Incoming calls, direct callers to staff, schedule appointments for clients and prospective clients;
- Open and close cases in our system;
- Other clerical duties such as organizing, scanning and photocopying;
- Supervising other staff.

Compensation and benefits:
- Salary depends on skills and experience;
- Eleven paid holidays per year;
- Six paid sick days when starting, additional vacation added each year.
