Trustpoint.One is enthusiastic to partner with a well-established and fast-paced immigration law firm in Philadelphia to help them hire a Legal Administrative Assistant on a direct hire basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s organized, proactive, and ready to dive into meaningful work supporting attorneys and legal staff. After a brief introductory period, the firm offers a hybrid schedule—and firm paid medical insurance and paid parking is included.

What You’ll Do:

Keep legal files and records organized, including tracking expiration dates, updating databases, and generating monthly reports for attorneys and staff
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, scan documents, and make sure FedEx packages are sent out on time
Draft routine case update emails for attorneys and case managers to send to clients
Send out approval notice packets and redacted petitions
Answer phones, transfer calls, and take messages professionally and courteously
Schedule appointments, consultations, and conference calls, and update calendars accordingly
Help prepare immigration-related filings like Premium Processing Upgrades, EAD/AP Renewals, and Withdrawal Applications
Assist with sending disengagement letters and post-green card communications
Print passport photos and assist with general office duties like scanning, copying, and organizing documents
Help generate internal memos, reports, and client communications
Keep client contact lists up to date
Provide overall administrative support to attorneys and the legal team
Occasionally greet office visitors and help set up meeting rooms if the receptionist is out

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is a big plus
Great communication skills—both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and time management
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Eagerness to learn and pitch in wherever needed
A team player who can also work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and quick to learn new software
