Insight Global is seeking to hire a Legal Document Processor to join a growing firm. In the role, you will be responsible for preparing, formatting, and managing legal documents, which ensures accuracy and compliance with relevant legal standards. You need to have a keen eye for formatting documents and an ability to create a standard for how those documents look to provide a clean, yet consistent final product. While this position can be done remotely, it requires you to work Mountain Time hours.

Must Haves:

4+ years of experience as a document processor in a legal firm.
Strong attention to detail to ensure formatting across all documents is accurate and professional.
Experience providing administrative support to Attorneys and/or Paralegals.
Excellent communication skills in addition to writing abilities.
Located in a state where the hours are Mountain time, Central Time, or Pacific Time.

Plusses:

Experience working for a firm that specializes in Public Finance.
Experience with Firmex.
Prior experience working remotely.
Transactional experience is preferred over litigation experience.
