We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team at The Sarikas Law Group, LLC. Located in the heart of our community, this role is vital for creating a welcoming environment for our clients while managing essential administrative tasks that support our legal services.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors warmly and manage the front desk operations.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and direct them to appropriate staff members.
Manage calendars by scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for attorneys.
Maintain office organization by managing files, documents, and office supplies.
Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents and preparing correspondence.
Utilize phone systems effectively to ensure clear communication within the office.
Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance office efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Strong calendar management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
