Job Overview:
The Immigration Advocates is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and compassionate Immigration Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our legal staff, you will play a vital role in assisting clients through the immigration process with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents
Draft detailed declarations and affidavits for immigration cases
Communicate with clients in Spanish and English, ensuring they understand case progress and requirements
Conduct legal research and stay updated on immigration law and policy changes
Manage case files, deadlines, and documentation using CLIO case management software
Draft legal correspondence and work closely with attorneys on case strategy

Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience as an immigration paralegal
Fluent in Spanish (Required) – strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with family-based, humanitarian, and removal defense cases
Experience with CLIO or similar case management software
Strong background in declaration writing and client interviewing
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
