Innovative Legal Services ("ILS") is a full-service law firm that specializes in commercial law and employment law. Our attorneys are litigators and counselors with decades of experience in a wide array of industries. We are currently hiring an immigration law clerk with at least 3 years of experience in business immigration.

We have a significant number of international clients. We expect our team members to be able to work with clients and colleagues who have different cultures and backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

Proficient in the PERM process with experience drafting EB-1, NIW, and O-1 petitions.
Provide strategic legal counsel to corporate and individual clients on business immigration matters.
Prepare Requests for Evidence (RFEs) responses and manage appeals with well-supported legal arguments.
Stay current with immigration laws and advise clients on regulatory changes.
Collaborate closely with the immigration team to ensure efficient case processing and high-quality client service.

Requirements:

3 years of experience in business immigration with a strong track record of handling complex cases.
Fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent legal writing and communication skills.
Strong analytical, research, and advocacy skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Salary 50k-80k+ (depending on the level of experience)
