CSG Law is seeking an experienced paralegal for our Immigration Practice Group in our New York, NY office.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and draft immigration Employment-Based petitions, including H-1B, L-1, E-2, E-3, O-1, TN, PERM/I-140, EB-1A/B/C, EB-2/NIW
Manage business immigration clients from engagement to receipt of immigration benefit, including gathering documentation for eligibility, draft forms, file petitions and manage NVC and consular processing as necessary.
Manage case deadlines, respond to requests for evidence.
Draft correspondence to clients, USCIS, NVC and other agencies
Assist with intake process
Organize and maintain case files
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification; applicable work experience considered in lieu of a degree
A minimum of three (3) years of business immigration experience in a law firm setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and deadlines
Professional demeanor and high level of interpersonal skills

This position is hybrid from firm’s New York office.

The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $75,000 - $90,000.

Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

The anticipated salary range listed is just one component of CSG Law’s total compensation and benefits package which includes, but is not limited to, discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident, and disability insurance; health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, and a 401(k) plan.
