Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Immigration Attorney to join our Immigration Department. The Immigration Attorney must have a team mentality with a "go-getter" attitude.

Candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask to meet deadlines in a timely manner. This position presents a unique opportunity to join a dynamic practice.

Duties/Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be expected to handle the entire process from the first consultation through completion of the immigration process. Experience in the following areas is a plus:

Individual Hearings
Immigrant/Non-immigrant Visas;
Adjustment of Status;
Naturalization;
Work permits;
TPS;
DACA;
RFE;
Removal Proceedings;
Bond Hearings;
Cancellation of Removal Proceedings;
Application for Asylum and for Withholding of Removal;
Waivers;
EB-5 and H-1B;
Drafting and submitting BIA Appeals; and
Drafting and submitting Motions to Reopen/Reconsider.

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish preferred
2 years of Immigration Law experience preferred
