We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Immigration Paralegal Supervisor to join our growing team.

Position Overview:
As the Immigration Paralegal Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the paralegal team and ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely processing of immigration cases. You will leverage your extensive experience in immigration law to train, mentor, and supervise paralegals, ensuring adherence to legal protocols and delivering top-tier service to our clients. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires in-depth knowledge of both defensive and affirmative immigration petitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of immigration paralegals, ensuring high-quality work product.
Train and mentor paralegals, providing guidance on complex immigration cases and procedural matters.
Review and ensure the accuracy of immigration petitions, applications, and related documents.
Oversee both defensive and affirmative immigration cases, including but not limited to asylum, deportation defense, family-based petitions, and employment-based immigration.
Assist in the development of case strategies, working closely with attorneys to provide the best legal solutions for clients.
Conduct periodic reviews of paralegal performance, provide constructive feedback, and manage performance evaluations.
Manage workloads to ensure deadlines are met and that paralegals are fully supported in their case work.
Stay current with changes in immigration law, regulations, and procedures to ensure compliance and optimize case outcomes.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as an immigration paralegal, with a strong understanding of both defensive and affirmative immigration petitions.
Proven experience in training, supervising, and mentoring paralegals.
In-depth knowledge of U.S. immigration law, including familiarity with family-based and employment-based petitions, asylum law, and deportation defense.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in legal research, case management, and document preparation.
A commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Language proficiency in Spanish is required.
