We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to assist recent immigrants from Afghanistan in securing jobs, housing, food, clothing, and developing essential life skills.

This role offers flexibility, with the opportunity to work remotely and conduct 2.5 to 3-hour sessions, 3 to 4 times per week. Sessions may start with a single meeting and increase over time based on client needs. Must be willing to take a 1 week training class at applicant's expense before being fully onboarded into our program.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Afghan immigrants in securing employment, housing, food, and clothing.
Conduct remote sessions via Zoom, or in-person when necessary, with a focus on helping clients develop vital life skills.
Develop engaging and interactive plans tailored to meet clients' specific needs.
Maintain a consistent session schedule, starting with one session and potentially expanding to more as needed.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and be open to additional training if required.

Qualifications:

Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English is required.
Must have lived in the USA for at least 3 to 4 years.
Experience in assisting immigrants or working in community support roles is preferred.
Must be reliable, dependable, and able to maintain a consistent schedule.
Familiarity with Zoom, or a willingness to undergo training.
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed.

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience.
