A boutique law firm in the heart of Old Town Bluffton is seeking to grow our team with the addition of a skilled and/or associate attorney to support our expanding practice.

Key Responsibilities:
Once trained in our systems, the ideal candidate will be able to:

· Conduct consultations and client meetings

· Provide legal advice and answer client inquiries

· Draft and review legal documents

· Perform legal research (cases, codes, etc.)

· Collaborate with support staff

· Participate in firm events (as desired)

Note: Occasional same-day travel may be required.

Requirements:

· Licensed attorney in South Carolina, in good standing

· Juris Doctorate (Required)

· Strong interest in Family and Criminal Law

· Client-centered mindset with a commitment to professional growth

· Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Bluffton, SC 29910 prior to starting

· Willingness to travel same-day up to 25% (Preferred)

· Work Location: In-person; some remote flexibility available
