The Dallas Office of Reina & Associates, a well-established immigration law firm, is looking for a bilingual receptionist and intake assistant.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a cashier, receptionist, or intake assistant in a similar position
- Proficient with multi-line telephone system and digital phone systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other common software
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Hours: Monday – Friday from 8:30pm - 5:30pm.
Some Saturdays Required (at least two Saturdays per month)
Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications
