We’re helping a leading law firm add an experienced Immigration Paralegal to its busy Business Immigration team. This isn’t entry‑level — they need someone who can hit the ground running and manage complex employment‑based cases. This is one of our top Legal clients; we have placed dozens of professionals at this firm with great success.
What you’ll do:
- Handle H‑1B, PERM, I‑140, I‑485, L‑1, TN, E‑1/E‑2 filings
- Draft petitions, RFE responses, and client communications
- Keep cases moving smoothly from start to finish
- Mentor junior paralegals and support attorneys directly
What makes you a fit:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree, or paralegal certificate, preferred immigration experience
- 5+ years recent relevant business immigration experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration processes + filings
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and great with clients
- Comfortable juggling deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Comp: $80k–95K + discretionary bonus. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, meetings on Mondays).
