We are seeking a Senior Immigration Attorney with 5–7 years of experience practicing immigration law and a strong background in Removal Defense, Immigration Court Litigation, and Complex Immigration Matters to join our growing team.
This position is primarily onsite, with regular appearances at Immigration Court hearings and related proceedings.

Primary Responsibilities
- Represent clients before Immigration Court (EOIR) and USCIS.
- Handle Master Calendar and Individual Hearings.
- Prepare and litigate a wide range of immigration matters, including asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, waivers, VAWA, U Visas, SIJS, and other humanitarian relief.
- Draft motions, briefs, appeals, and other legal documents, while conducting legal research and developing case strategies.
- Manage cases from initial consultation through final resolution.
- Attend court hearings.
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.

Qualifications
Required
- Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction.
- 5–7 years of experience practicing immigration law.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Removal Defense and Immigration Court litigation.
- Proven ability to independently represent clients in hearings before Immigration Judges.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and motion practice skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical, advocacy, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and attend court hearings.
Preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish. (not required)
- Experience handling humanitarian and family-based immigration matters.
- Experience with appeals and federal court litigation.
- Knowledge of EOIR, USCIS, and ICE procedures.
- Strong commitment to serving immigrant and multicultural communities.
