We are a boutique immigration law firm seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Legal Assistant to join our team.

- Fluency in Farsi is required
Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email, and in person
- Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents and case files
- Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars
- Follow up with clients regarding required documents and case updates
- Assist attorneys and staff with daily case management
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks
- Handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and punctual
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat
- Fluency in English strong plus
- Fluency in Farsi is required
- Previous legal or administrative experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate.
Compensation & Schedule
- Part-time (approximately 15–25 hours per week)
- Flexible schedule based on office needs
