We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our immigration law firm, dedicated primarily to affirmative and defensive asylum representation.

Qualifications:
✔ Licensed to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction (New York admission is not required).
✔ We will consider candidates who have already passed a U.S. bar examination and are awaiting formal admission (applicants who have not yet taken a U.S. bar examination including current JD or LL.M. students awaiting the bar exam will not be considered).
✔ Required experience with affirmative and defensive Asylum. Experience with the following is strongly preferred but is not required: fluency in a foreign language, appeals, habeas corpus, vawa, marriage-based immigration, and other humanitarian matters.
Schedule:
This is a full-time in office position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Hybrid or remote is not permitted.
