Elevate Legal, P.A., and The Law Office of Lorraine Marte are growing U.S. immigration law firms seeking two highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Bilingual Immigration Legal Assistant to join our teams full-time.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who has previously worked for a U.S. immigration law firm and is ready to contribute from day one.

What You'll Do

Manage client intake and follow-up communications.
Prepare USCIS and EOIR forms and supporting documentation.
Organize evidence and filing packets.
Request and track required documents from clients.
Draft correspondence and client communications.
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate case files.
Assist attorneys with administrative support.

Minimum Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
At least 1 year of experience working for a U.S. immigration law firm.
Experience preparing USCIS applications and EOIR filings.
Excellent bilingual written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with one or more of the following:

PrimaLaw
Clio
CampLegal
Adobe Acrobat
Microsoft Office

Experience with family-based immigration, removal defense, asylum, waivers, humanitarian relief, and naturalization is highly preferred.

Compensation

USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

Location

Remote – Applicants must reside in Latin America.

Schedule

Full-time
Monday through Friday
U.S. Eastern Time business hours
