We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling both humanitarian and employment-based immigration matters, including asylum and EB-1 petitions.
- Represent clients in USCIS interviews and Immigration Court proceedings
- Handle removal defense cases , including master calendar and individual hearings
- Supervising EB-1A, EB-1B, O-1, and NIW petitions
- Draft legal briefs, motions, and responses to RFEs/NOIDs
- Case strategy development
- Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures
- Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state (New York preferred)
- 2+ years of immigration law experience (asylum and/or business immigration)
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Experience with EB-1A, O-1, NIW is a plus
- Courtroom experience (EOIR) is MUST
