We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented colleague who wants to grow in a role with responsibility and international exposure 🌍
🔍 What you will do:
- Manage work permit / visa and residence permit files from A to Z
- Analyze and organize documents for each case
- Communicate regularly with clients and international candidates
- Monitor application status and provide updates
- Contribute to international recruitment processes
- Collaborate with sales agents and external partners
- Interact with relevant local, national, or international authorities
- Submit physical files to IGI, pay fees, and ensure full case management
✅ What we are looking for:
- Degree in Law, Economics, Communication, or similar fields
- Experience working with documents (Word, Excel, PDF)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical thinking and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Good command of Romanian and English
