Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Program Manager to support DACA recipients and humanitarian-based employees. This role focuses on managing complex immigration cases, driving expedite strategies, and partnering closely with HR, Legal, and external counsel to ensure timely work authorization solutions.
Job Title: Immigration Program Manager (DACA & Humanitarian Programs)
Location: Hybrid – Santa Clara Valley (SCV)
Duration: 12+ months
Pay rate: $65.00 per hour on W2
Key Responsibilities
- Manage expedite pathways for employees facing work authorization gaps.
- Lead H‑1B lottery registration and petition processes, including tracking costs and coordinating approvals.
- Monitor EAD/visa expirations, conduct proactive outreach, and build tailored action plans.
- Stay current on DACA, TPS, humanitarian parole, and other regulatory updates; translate policy changes into internal guidance.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in corporate immigration program management.
- Strong expertise in DACA, humanitarian, and employment-based immigration (H‑1B, EAD, TPS).
- Experience managing sensitive, high‑priority immigration cases with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with HR, Legal, and Finance.
- Ability to analyze immigration options and lead complex case strategy.
Preferred
- Experience in a large tech or complex corporate environment.
- Knowledge of immigration case management tools and reporting systems.
- Bachelor’s degree; JD or paralegal certification a plus.
- Bilingual capabilities.
