Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) Immigration Paralegal who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing accurate, attorney-ready work.
This role is ideal for a professional who values accountability, welcomes feedback, and wants to grow within a firm that is scaling thoughtfully and intentionally.
Our paralegals independently manage a structured caseload and are expected to consistently meet productivity benchmarks while maintaining high drafting accuracy and responsive client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage a caseload from intake through filing
- Gather and analyze client documents and supporting evidence
- Prepare high-quality, attorney-ready drafts of applications, forms, affidavits, and cover letters
- Carefully review filings for completeness, consistency, and accuracy before attorney review
- Maintain organized electronic case files in Google Drive
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding document requests and case updates
- Meet internal deadlines and productivity expectations consistently

Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on immigration case management experience required
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases from intake through filing with minimal supervision
- Strong drafting and editing skills with the ability to produce attorney-ready work
- Experience handling family-based petitions; waiver and removal defense experience a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet productivity benchmarks consistently
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000–$70,000 based on experience and demonstrated ability to independently manage cases with high drafting accuracy
