Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal with a strong background in investor and investment-based visas, with a primary focus on EB-5 filings. This role supports attorneys handling complex employment- and investment-based immigration matters and requires hands-on experience with EB-5 petitions and related documentation.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing high-volume, document-intensive cases while working closely with attorneys, investors, and third-party stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, draft, and file EB-5 petitions, including Forms I-526E, I-485, I-829, and related USCIS filings
- Assist with investor visa matters, including EB-5 regional center and direct investment cases
