DiRaimondo & Schroeder LLP (D&S), a boutique firm in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, is looking for an experienced Sr. Associate to join their team in a hybrid role.
You will manage a wide variety of NIV and IV cases including PERMs. You take ownership, have superior client communication skills, and know what it takes to get cases approved and manage individual and corporate clients.
This is NYC. You know what that means: a fast-paced work environment with competing deadlines and demanding clients. The candidate needs to be personable, able to put clients at ease, and convey confidence.
Here’s important information about the role:
- Salary Range : $145K/year to $160k/year, depending upon qualifications and experience. 20% origination bonus for work brought in and serviced during tenure.
- Work Location/Schedule : Casual and dog-friendly office environment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn with hybrid schedule.
- Benefits: Health, vision, dental, and life insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, self-managed PTO, up to 12 paid holidays and 2 flex days, summer Fridays, and firm Macbook.
- Start Date: As soon as possible (with the understanding that currently employed candidates will need to give notice).
- Education/Experience Required: J.D. and U.S. bar admission. 4+ years of business immigration experience with Hs, Ls, Es, Os, TNs, J-1s, as well as EB-1/2/3 (including NIW), IV consular processing, AOS, and PERM lifecycle.
- Preference : Familiarity with Google Docs and Drive and Adobe.
