About the Role: Fragomen, an AMLaw 100 Firm and the leading global immigration services provider, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Project Portfolio Coordinator, who will work closely with the Senior Projects Managers and head of our Strategic Delivery Office (SDO). The Project Portfolio Coordinator will review and ensure incoming Demands are in good order, have all details captured and are ready for Leadership review. This role will also schedule review meetings and capture action items as well as be a primary point of contact for questions on Demand submissions and next steps.
This role will be based with Fragomen in Costa Rica.
How will you make a difference as a Project Portfolio Coordinator at Fragomen?
- Work with Senior EPMO Demand Manager to coordinate, categorize, track and manage incoming Demands.
- Identify and implement improvements to the Demand Management process.
- Manage Demand Management Submissions and scheduling/decisions/communications across all stakeholders
- Provide guidance and training on Demand submissions prior to key stakeholder reviews
- Facilitate and conduct stakeholder meetings, provide updates, and raise any issues with Demands in the pipeline.
- Communicate with key stakeholders and requestors throughout the lifecycle of demand process from initiation to closure.
- Address demand related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Enable decision making and capacity needs across various cross functional teams.
- Support Project Managers in coordination and tracking of key milestones
- Manage critical projects under the direction of SDO resources
- Oversee project portfolio level governance, including coordinating and managing any Committee arrangements.
- Prepare project portfolio level reporting to track portfolio performance against baseline and provide support and input for project reporting including status reports, stage gate and milestone reporting
- Create executive level updates as required
