This high-profile position entails direct interface with attorneys and clients. Firm counsels international companies with regard to all aspects of business-related immigration matters.
As an Immigration Paralegal, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Annual billable target of 1,500 hours
- Prepare and file nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions and applications, including all employment-related categories
- Prepare EB-1, 2 and 3 petitions and adjustment applications
- Prepare visa and naturalization applications
- Manage active cases of foreign nationals employed in the United States
- Prepare PERM labor certification applications
- Provide guidance to foreign nationals in anticipation of visa interviews at consulates abroad
- Manage and correspond with clients.
- Assist with case file management and with the collection of data and documentation necessary to prepare and file of applications.
- Assist corporate clients with having documents Legalized and Authenticated by Secretary of State and various Consulates.
- Knowledge of/experience in both NIV and IV cases
- Interact with USCIS, DOL, DOS, CBP, ICE and other government agencies.
- Administer LawLogix immigration software
- Analyze and organize client records and related data

Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of ten (10) years of law firm or corporate experience in business immigration preferred
- Position also requires the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in the following software:
- Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; Internet Explorer, Edge, or Chrome; Adobe
- Experience in database management, DocuSign or secured file transferring software is a plus
Compensation Range: $87,000/yr. to $100,000/yr.
