We are staffing a secure detention facility in a remote region of Florida. We’re looking for Immigration Detention Compliance Manager ready to deploy, live onsite, and operate in a structured, high-security environment.
This is a boots-on-the-ground mission, not a desk job. You’ll be part of a rotational deployment with full housing and meals. If you’re disciplined, reliable, and want to make a difference, we want you.
Your Mission
· Oversee and maintain the facility’s compliance program, ensuring adherence to ICE contractual requirements, PBNDS, and other applicable detention standards.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for ICE inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
· Develop, implement, and monitor internal audit processes to proactively identify and correct compliance gaps before external inspections.
· Maintain detailed and organized records required for ICE audits, including security, safety, detainee rights, healthcare, and facility operations documentation.
· Coordinate with department heads to ensure operational procedures align with regulatory standards and contractual obligations.
· Provide training to staff on ICE compliance requirements, audit readiness, and corrective action procedures.
· Analyze audit findings, prepare corrective action plans, and oversee their implementation and follow-up reporting.
· Stay up to date on changes in federal detention regulations, ICE policies, and relevant case law, ensuring timely updates to facility policies and procedures.
· Prepare and deliver compliance reports to facility leadership and relevant government agencies as required.
· Act as liaison between facility leadership, ICE representatives, and other oversight bodies to ensure clear communication and transparency.
Requirements
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a detention, corrections, or immigration facility, with at least 1 years focused on ICE compliance and auditing.
· In-depth knowledge of ICE PBNDS, detention contract requirements, and federal detention regulations.
· Demonstrated success in preparing for and leading ICE audits with minimal to no deficiencies.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with government representatives, legal teams, and facility staff.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance tracking systems.
· Ability to pass all background checks and security clearances required for work in a detention facility.

Shift availability: This position will work 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week for the duration of the deployment, totaling 84 hours per week.
Pay: $40/hr or $4240/week
