Huddleston Law Group PLLC seeks a Paralegal with at least 3 years of experience working in employment based immigration for our Dallas Office. This role provides the unique opportunity to work on a broad range of sophisticated cases in a small firm environment.
The position involves the preparation and submission of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions and applications for permanent residence and naturalization to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications to the Department of State, as well as PERM applications with the Department of Labor. PERM experience is a must.
Qualifications
- 3+ years minimum experience in business and family-based immigration (H-1B, TN, L-1A, PERM)
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and online document management systems
- Must have strong communication skills and work well in a small team environment
- Strong writing skills
- Foreign language ability preferred, but not required.
