Destino Legal, a fast-growing immigration law firm based in Twin Falls, Idaho, is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming environment and supporting our legal staff in providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and callers in a warm, professional manner (both in English and Spanish).
- Answer and direct phone calls; take detailed messages when necessary.
- Schedule consultations, court hearings, and client appointments.
- Manage front desk operations, including incoming/outgoing mail, scanning, and file organization.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and lobby area.
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed.
- Assist with client intake and ensure confidentiality in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) – required.
- Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred (legal experience a plus but not required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Comfortable working with technology (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, phone systems, scheduling software).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
