Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial real estate law, with the ability to navigate complex transactions and provide expert legal advice. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills, legal drafting expertise, and a thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to ensure their interests are protected throughout the real estate transaction process.
Duties
- Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, and financing.
- Negotiate and draft various legal documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and financing agreements.
- Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Litigate on behalf of clients in disputes related to real estate matters when necessary.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting real estate.
- Assist clients in understanding their rights and obligations under various contracts.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Proven experience in commercial real estate law; experience in patent law, securities law, or immigration law is a plus.
- Strong research skills with proficiency in legal research platforms.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
- Proficient in legal drafting with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a law office environment while managing individual responsibilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically about complex legal issues.

Pay: $81,158.59 - $120,000.00 per year
