Job Description
We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join the Fragomen Sydney office! You will be the go-to person for the office, supporting the team with a range of things, from general administrative duties to running the social committee. You will be key to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office. We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive and can juggle multiple priorities.
What will you be doing?
General reception duties including answering and directing all incoming phone calls, maintaining meeting rooms, ordering office supplies
Event coordination e.g. Quarterly Townhalls, monthly morning teas, client events, staff events. etc.
Facilities management
Work Health & Safety management i.e. First Aid, Fire Warden duties etc.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
Performing other ad hoc administrative duties, as a directed by the Executive Assistant
About You
Previous administrative experience (up to 3 years), having worked in a Corporate/Professional Services environment
Have an eye for detail and a flair for organisation. Able to prioritize and balance competing demands and meet deadlines
High Computer proficiency: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent verbal, and written communication skills; able to compose and edit correspondence.
Eagerness to learn, self-motivated and able to work independently
Be well presented
Enjoy interacting with people - strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
A passion for coordinating functions and events
The ability to be flexible, adaptable, and work effectively under pressure.
Strong organisational and customer service skills
