Summary:
Under direct supervision, will perform a variety of transactional duties to ensure streamlined processes related to Independent Contractors (IC) and ITS.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate administrative procedures for Immigration background screenings to mitigate risks for the firm and validate Immigration consultants can start the placement.
- Coordinate and ensure resolution of invoice and back-office issues, escalating and working with other departments, and field office/consultants.
- Review and analyze Immigration reporting.
- Assist the immigration recruiters with placements when necessary.
- Provide guidance and support on Immigration, background screenings, invoicing, and back-office issues to team members and partners in the field.
- Participate in ITS training as required.
- Partner with Corporate departments, Strategic Accounts, NRC, and Field Operations to ensure policies and procedures are complying.
- Assist in the maintenance and management of job delivery coordination process within the Immigration Department.
- Maintain tracking related to candidate placement, visa information, and redeployment.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High school education and 1-3 years of directly related experience in a customer service position or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Staffing industry background a plus.
- Associate’s degree in Business preferred.
