McCandlish Holton is seeking an associate attorney to join its nationally-recognized Immigration Practice Group (IPG). The IPG represents businesses, colleges and universities, preparing legal briefs and documents in support of immigration petitions for international professionals and university faculty, as well as professional athletes, entertainers, high-tech personnel, scientists, researchers, investors and other individuals across the country and around the world. We advise U.S. and foreign clients on all aspects of obtaining U.S. work visas as well as the hiring and transfer of international personnel.
Our immigration attorneys work in a fast-paced team environment. We are looking for an associate attorney with strong research, organizational and analytical skills, with demonstrated legal writing ability. No prior immigration law experience is needed.
