Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Immigration Attorney located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area. The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of immigration-related cases, including visas, family immigration, and work permits. Day-to-day tasks include providing legal counsel, preparing legal documents, representing clients in court, and staying updated on immigration law changes.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Immigration Law, Legal Issues, and Immigration
- Experience with handling cases related to Visas and Immigration Issues
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and Bar admission in any state
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
