The role:
The Test Analyst is responsible for designing, creating, and executing test cases and procedures to ensure the software product meets the highest quality standards. They work closely with the software development team to understand requirements, identify potential issues, and ensure that the final product aligns with client needs and industry standards.
You’ll participate in the problem definition and solution process with a diverse group of developers, designers, and business owners from around world.
What your day will look like:
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports
- Define and establish testing standards and procedures
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
- Review and analyze system specifications to ensure testability
- Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and functionalities
The team:
The Fragomen Global Development Lab (GDL) is an innovation group within Fragomen focused on developing and supporting technology solutions targeting business travel, mobility, and cross border employment compliance.
What we are looking for:
Essential criteria:
- Proven experience as a QA tester/Test Analyst or similar role
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
- Experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies, etc
- Experience with software QA tools and processes
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred skills:
- Automated testing skills is preferred
- Familiarity with TestRail
