Summary:
The Corporate Affairs Specialist will provide support to expatriates and immigration support services to employees as needed. Will also provide administrative support by managing shared goods services and processing administrative tasks through internal and external systems while managing other CA related programs. In addition, HR/CA support will be provided for additional tasks and duties as they are assigned.
Responsibilities:

Support housing, vehicle, insurance, phone, onboarding, etc. for expatriates

Management of Shared goods and services - office supply order and management

Receive and route mail

Ordering of business cards
-
General administrative support (electronic approvals, invoices, and vendor registrations)

Immigration support services
-
Manage company pool car and mobile phone program
-
Support HR and GA with a variety of misc. admin and project-related tasks and other duties as assigned

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, International Relations, or other related degree preferred
Experience:
-
1 to 3+ years of HR or related experience
Skills:
-
Handling administrative responsibilities in a manufacturing environment is preferred
-
Experience with ADP & SAP software and benefits systems is preferred
-
Requires the ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential business and team member information

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate computer and Microsoft Excel skills are required

Ability to work flexible hours, when needed, to support new hire onboarding and other areas of responsibility
