The Opportunity
The Global Mobility & Immigration Program Lead is responsible for end-to-end global mobility & immigration programs, policies strategy, and resources (including, but not limited to global & domestic relocation, international assignments, taxation support, visa sponsorship and Green Card process management, and vendor management) for QVC Group globally.
The GMI Program Lead will work directly with a group of diverse leaders across the organization from Finance and People functions as well as the broader business to develop strategies informed by data-driven recommendations and insights and provide the best Talent Experience for team members in support of the company’s growth. This role will require a curious, entrepreneurial, strategic individual who has strong analytical, project management, and influencing skills.

Your Impact

Utilize your Global Mobility & Immigration expertise and thought-leadership to develop, implement, and maintain the strategic direction of the function.

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to benchmark and improve global mobility & immigration programs while developing creative solutions to meet immediate and long-term business objectives.

Build out a global, programmatic approach, leveraging technology, Team Member Services, COE’s, People Team partnerships, and use of external partners to provide a great talent experience and greater mobility of talents across into and across the organization.

Ensure global mobility & immigration programs and policies enable our strategic talent initiatives and business objectives.

Ensure optimal processes, resources, vendors, and tools are in place at all times to best support our talent mobility programs across the organization (immigration, relocation, and expatriates). Facilitate training and develop resources and tools to educate TMS, Talent Acquisition, P&O Leaders, and internal stakeholders on global mobility & immigration policy updates.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute on dependencies related to Global Mobility (i.e. People Operations, Payroll, Employment Law, I-9/HR Compliance).

Create strategy plans and proposals regarding Global Mobility and Immigration and present to Executive stakeholders.

Ensure programs and processes are compliant with relevant laws and regulations
What You Bring
8+ years overall related business experience, preferably in the Global Mobility & Immigration space.
3+ years of experience working with and presenting to executive audiences.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience working with and drawing insights from raw data & data visualizations.
Knowledge in workforce planning, human capital, organizational strategy, talent acquisition/recruiting, and analytics.
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
