Expected salary range of $213,300 to $237,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
A highly experienced attorney who works independently and has major matter, team or client responsibilities as well as certain responsibilities for other attorneys on a project-specific/mentoring basis. Frequently supervises professional teams working on legal matters. Work generally involves handling matters of very substantial importance.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Performs as a specialist in one or more fields of law, provides technical and expert legal services to Constellation Business Units. Under little or no supervision, plans, conducts and supervises large and highly complex legal assignments evaluates both legal and business risks and advises clients accordingly represents Constellation in transactions, litigation or other relevant matters. Provides legal counsel to all levels of management, including senior management.

Provides lead direction and/or project leadership direction to less experienced attorneys and support staff.

Prepare, and revise as necessary, budgets and early matter assessments for all matters involving outside counsel.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
-
An LLB or JD from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdictions
- 10-years professional experience in a specialized area of law
- Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of principles, practices and procedures of the legal field to the completion of complex assignments
- Requires excellent legal research, analytical abilities and on ongoing knowledge of federal and/or state law
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. state, with a strong preference for admission to the state where the position is located.
