Immigration Attorney

We are looking for an experienced Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of legal principles and procedures, as well as the ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice to clients, researching and preparing legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings, and managing a caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team of legal professionals. Preferably bilingual- Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities:

Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients.
Advise clients on business and legal transactions.
Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
Conduct research and analysis of legal problems.
Negotiate settlements of legal disputes.
Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
