Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Answer phone calls, manage emails and ensure clients receive a warm welcome.
- Scheduling Support: Assist with client appointment coordination, and maintain legal team's calendars up to date.
- File Management: Help organize, scan, and securely store electronic and physical documents.
- Document Preparation: Support routine correspondence and assist with completing basic forms under supervision.
- General Office Assistance: Perform essential administrative tasks like mail distribution, copying, and office supply monitoring.
Who We’re Looking For
- Motivated and eager to learn – No prior experience in immigration or legal field is required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills – Comfortable with phone and email interactions.
- Detail-oriented and professional – Able to handle confidential client information responsibly.
- Team player with a positive attitude – Ready to contribute and grow with us.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable in a cloud-based work environment – Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive) and willing to train on Docketwise, RingCentral, and other essential office applications.
Bilingual in Spanish or another language is a plus but not required.
