THE ROLE
We’re looking for a People Ops Immigration Specialist who is detail-obsessed, solutions-driven, and thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Whether you’re a seasoned immigration paralegal from a big or boutique firm; or a former attorney no longer looking to practice, we want someone who knows the ins and outs of business immigration and wants to do meaningful work in a growing company.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Track all active and upcoming immigration cases for assigned beneficiaries and petition types.
- Review, compile, and adjust supporting documents to meet the specific requirements of each petition type (F1, DS-160, B, TN, H, L1A, L1B, PERM, I-140, EB1A, and EB1C).
- Draft RFE responses, base filings, and company support letters.
- Offer proactive ideas and strategic solutions for immigration matters
- Prepare corporate documentation packets for immigration use
- Support interview and appointment scheduling as needed.
- Maintain internal calendars, manage data entry, and ensure file integrity.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of business immigration experience from a law firm, immigration practice group, or global mobility team.
- Deep familiarity with variety of petition types and strong analytical judgement on what to include (or exclude).
- Strong writing, organizational, and follow-through skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-standards, collaborative team environment.
- Bonus: if you’ve supported internal mobility, global workforce, or cross-border teams.
