Law firm in Bloomington, Illinois, established in 1915 is seeking an experienced legal writer for their nationally renowned immigration practice. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and analytical skills. This is a full-time position. Will consider remote candidates.

Responsibilities:

Legal research
Drafting legal arguments
Organizing and analyzing supporting evidence

Skills:

Strong communication skills
Strong persuasive writing skills
Strong typing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a team environment

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (will consider candidates who are close to graduating with relevant experience or those who have documented extensive professional writing experience)
