Salary: $120,000 - 135,000, Depending on Experience

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing for and attending USCIS appointments
- Attend immigration court + manage master calendar hearings
- Support the preparation for individual hearings conducted by the Founding Partner
- Assist with ICE/ERO events in addition to related legal matters
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in immigration law, including court experience and master calendar hearings
- Bilingual : Full Fluency in Spanish
- Strong research and drafting skills
- An ability to manage a high-volume caseload and oversee workflow efficiently
- Looking to enter the partner track at their next firm
Bonus
- An active Florida Bar license

- Familiarly with investment and employment based visas, such as L1A, E, EB2, and H1B, and/or perm and labor certification
- Federal litigation and appellate work
