Mills and Born is a New England based Immigration Law Firm that has been representing immigrants for over 25 years.
Our Providence, RI office is looking for an associate attorney. The attorney will represent clients before the Immigration Court and at USCIS field offices. The attorney will represent clients in removal defense, asylum applications, and family based immigration petitions, as well as complex immigration matters. The attorney will also represent juvenile clients in the Family and Probate Courts. The attorney will prepare applications for submission with USCIS. They will also assist with briefs before the BIA, and with additional research as needed.
The attorney will be responsible for the preparation of cases, supervision of work by paralegals and support staff, and communicating directly with clients.
Job Type: Full-time. In person. Some travel to Immigration Court and USCIS offices expected. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm. Some weekends as needed.

Must be licensed to practice law. Massachusetts or Rhode Island bar admission preferred.
