Sarasota Law Firm is seeking a qualified Associate Immigration Attorney to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will focus on various areas of immigration law, including:
- Family-based petitions
- Asylum
- Removal defense
- U-visas & Humanitarian Petitions
- DACA
- VAWA
- Waivers
- Consular processing
- Adjustment of status
- Naturalization
- USCIS interviews
- Immigration Court representation (Asylum)
Requirements:
- Must hold an active Bar License.
- Spanish language skills are preferred, but not required.
- Must live within 25 miles of the Sarasota office (this is an on-site position).
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation:
Salary is negotiable based on experience.
