Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person and virtual appointments with prospective clients to provide information about immigration processes, including eligibility requirements, documentation, timelines, and potential outcomes.
- Manage outbound and inbound phone calls, addressing client inquiries, providing accurate information, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Attend and schedule appointments based on client availability, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
- Offering legal packages to assist clients in migration services.
- Creating invoices and receiving payments.
- Escalate cases according to firm guidelines.
- Keep records of client’s interactions, and file documentation properly.
- Follow guidelines, and policies according to client expectations.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements and skills:
- Minimum 1-year Customer service experience
- Time Management Skills
- Able to multitask
- Ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work confidently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ensure confidentiality of all the firm and client's documentation and information
- Trilingual (English / Spanish / Portuguese) required.
