The firm presently has an immediate full time opening in its Salt Lake City office for an experienced case manager/paralegal. Our caseload is growing, and the ideal candidate for the position is self-motivated, professional, responsible, and committed to helping us meet all of our client’s needs. Wilner & O’Reilly provides the opportunity to work with a great, hard-working team where you will expand your skills and knowledge.
The ideal candidate will be working full-time from our Salt Lake City office, Monday – Friday.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- One year minimum experience in immigration law is required
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Experience in using legal software is a plus
- Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to function effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent client customer service and interpersonal skills
Job Role
- Handle a caseload of immigration matters directly, under the supervision of an attorney
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding procedural and case processing
- Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing
- Work well under deadlines, handle confidential information with professionalism, and display strong interpersonal skills.
- Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
