Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law, including Family Law, Workers Compensation Law, and Immigration Law. This role requires exceptional research and writing skills, as well as proficiency in legal drafting and utilizing legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis. The Attorney will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, representing clients in court, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel to clients on matters related to Family Law, Criminal Defense, Estate Planning & Administration, Real Property, and Civil Litigation.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements with precision.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.
- Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications within the law office.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive client representation.
- Stay updated on changes in laws relevant to practice areas and implement necessary adjustments in strategy.
Skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
- Excellent writing skills for drafting clear and effective legal documents.

Pay: $88,224.00 - $98,406.00 per year
