Job Overview
We are a busy firm seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Immigration Form Filler / Case Processor to join our legal support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately preparing and processing USCIS and EOIR immigration forms, organizing client documents, and supporting case management under the supervision of our attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and complete immigration forms (USCIS & EOIR) including but not limited to: I-130, I-485, I-765, I-589, I-601A, N-400, and EOIR-42B

· Organize and assemble supporting documentation in accordance with USCIS and court requirements

· Review client information and documentation for accuracy and completeness

· Maintain digital and physical client files, ensuring confidentiality and data security

· Track deadlines, biometric notices, RFEs, and interview dates

· Communicate professionally with clients regarding document needs and case status

· Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure smooth case flow

Requirements

· Minimum of 1 year experience in an immigration law office (preferred)

· Strong knowledge of family-based, humanitarian, and employment-based immigration forms

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required, Spanish a plus)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, PDF software, and immigration case management systems

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualities

· Bilingual (English/Spanish or English)

· Familiarity with EOIR court processes and online filings

· Professional, courteous, and team-oriented demeanor

· Fast learner and eager to grow within the firm
