Vanguard Visa Law is seeking a dedicated EB-1A Attorney to join our High Achievers Department, representing extraordinary individuals across industries who seek permanent residence in the United States. This role focuses on preparing and managing EB-1A extraordinary ability petitions, along with select high-achiever case types (O-1, NIW). The ideal candidate combines excellent legal acumen with a passion for telling client stories that highlight their achievements at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of EB-1A petitions and other high-achiever immigration matters (O-1, NIW).
Develop individualized case strategies that highlight clients’ extraordinary achievements and potential U.S. contributions.
Draft, review, and edit detailed petition letters and supporting evidence to create persuasive narratives.
Conduct and oversee client consultations to assess case viability, set expectations, and provide strategic legal advice.
Collaborate with case managers and support staff to ensure filings are accurate, timely, and of the highest quality.
Monitor developments in EB-1A adjudication trends, USCIS policy changes, and relevant case law.
Train and mentor junior staff on best practices for high-achiever petitions.
Represent clients before USCIS if needed.
Foster strong attorney-client relationships built on empathy, professionalism, and clear communication.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
Minimum 3 years of immigration law experience, with a strong track record in EB-1A, O-1, or NIW cases.
Exceptional legal writing and persuasive storytelling skills, particularly in drafting EB-1A petitions.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-stakes cases and deadlines.
Strong client counseling and communication skills, with sensitivity to clients navigating complex immigration matters.
Commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and passion for advocating for extraordinary individuals.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $120,000 – $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
